Accommodations: The resort is pure opulence, exemplified by its exceptionally large and gracious split-level guest quarters housed in 37 two-story villas. The rooms have a patio or balcony, air-conditioning, a sunken living area, 2 sofas, satellite TV, a mini-bar, an in-room safe, a ceiling fan, and a hairdryer. Royal Suites include butler service, and Family Concierge Suites come with kid-size bathrobes and slippers.
Dining & Entertainment: Satisfy your many culinary cravings at the resort's 7 restaurants, which run the gourmet gamut from Asian fusion, seafood, and Northern Italian fare to American offerings and steakhouse cuts. Breakfast and dinner buffets are served daily in the open-air Mitra. Get a cocktail from the swim-up bar, the pub, and the sports bar in the casino. After dark, there are discos, theme parties, stage shows, and live entertainment. Play Rummyrummy (blackjack), roulette, and slot machines at the hill-top casino. NOTE: While convenient and free, the shuttle to the casino may take longer than you expect, so plan accordingly.

Beach Description
The resort is on a unique stretch of beautiful, dark beachfront made from a mixture of seashells andvolcanic sand. Sprinkled with small trees, the beach area is wide and stretches along the bay, with access to kayaks, wave runners, diving and fishing.

- Mitra - An International buffet restaurant featuring a charming wooden decor and open-air seating. Open for breakfast and dinner, from 6:00 am until 11:00 am, and again from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
- Faisanella - An Italian restaurant open from 6:00 pm until 11:30 pm.
- Caracola - An air-conditioned restaurant serving typical Costa Rican cuisine and delicious seafood from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm.
