Accommodations: Air-conditioned guest rooms have tropical or contemporary furnishings, cool ceramic tile floors, king or 2 queen beds, and mini-fridges, plus private, furnished balconies or patios with ocean or garden views. Amenities include satellite TV, phones, and available in-room safes and wireless Internet access.
Dining & Entertainment: All-Inclusive vacations include unlimited food and drinks at the hotel and at the adjacent Tamarijn Aruba All-Inclusive. Reservations are required at most of the a la carte restaurants. Pelican Terrace Restaurant presents colorful buffets, semi open-air seating, and a display kitchen. Red Parrot Oceanfront Restaurant features terrace seating and fine a la carte dining. The open-air Coco Grill & Bar serves brick oven pizza and grilled sandwiches. Cunucu Terrace Oceanfront Restaurant features buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with open-air seating. Ginger, New Asian Flavours offers a la carte fusion cuisine. Grill your own entrees at Palm Grill Oceanfront Restaurant. Paparazzi Restaurant features Italian cuisine. Windows on Aruba specializes in fine a la carte dining with golf course and ocean views (surcharge). And Pizza Per Tutti is the place for pizza, sandwiches, and snacks. Pelican Terrace Bar and Coconuts Bar have live entertainment nightly. Sandpiper Bar also features a menu of light fare, and the popular Bunker Bar stays open until 6:00am. Plasma screen TVs provide a diversion at Paparazzi Bar & Lounge. Theme nights range from Latin Dance Show and Water Ballet Show, to Carnival Show and Karaoke Show. Theme parties include Salsa dance class, Caribbean night, and Jazz night with Aruba's premier jazz musicians.
Recreation: There are many recreational activities for guests, led by swimming in the resort's 3 freshwater pools as well as the ocean along sandy Druif Beach. Water sports include snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking; equipment and instruction is provided by the water sports center. Divi Winds Sports Center has a fitness room with cardio and strength equipment, plus a 30-foot rock climbing wall. The Links at Divi Aruba is a 9-hole golf course with on-site golf school, located across the street from the resort. Lighted tennis courts are available at the Tamarijn Aruba. Guests are pampered with hot stone and Swedish massages among other body treatments at Indulgence by the Sea spa.
