Accommodations: The guest rooms and suites are housed within a 7-story peach-colored building. Rooms are equipped with 1 king or 2 double beds, air-conditioning, TV, phone, in-room safes, hairdryers, and iron/ironing boards. TIP: All accommodations above the 2nd floor feature furnished balconies with (at least) partial sea views. Honeymoon rooms and suites include Jacuzzis, either in-room or on the balconies, and newlyweds receive complimentary gifts upon arrival. All guests enjoy 24 hours room service.
Dining & Entertainment: The Bellavista Cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a casual atmosphere with an attentive wait staff and daily specials. Paradise Restaurant offers a rotating menu that varies in theme from night to night, including gourmet Mexican, local specialties, and seafood. Salvador's has an ever-evolving menu with a wide variety of choices to suite a variety of tastes. Both Paradise and Salvador's are open for dinner only, and require a "resort elegant" dress code: slacks, dress shoes, and collared shirts for men, a skirt or slacks, blouse, dress, and dress shoes or sandals for women, and absolutely no jeans or sneakers. A poolside grill serves lunch and informal fare from noon till 5:00pm, and an open-air snack bar serves breakfast, deli-style lunches, and sushi in the evenings. Drinks are poured at 3 bars. Live entertainment and dancing at the Factory Disco fuel the after-dark social scene.
Recreation: Plenty of padded lounge chairs around the semi-Olympic-sized pool, and on the beach, provide plenty of room to sunbathe in comfort. The pool is heated, and has an in-pool Jacuzzi. Active guests will enjoy a fully-equipped gym, 2 clay tennis courts, and a variety of other activities including soccer, handball, volleyball, and basketball. Water sports include windsurfing, kayaking, pool volleyball, and snorkeling. The spa offers an extensive, indulging menu of body scrubs, wraps, facials, aromatherapy, massages, and beauty services.
