Accommodations: Decor in the guest rooms and suites has a subtle elegance, with beige, light brown, olive green, gray, and white tones punctuated by dark wood frames and brightly-colored artwork. Contemporary furnishings are set on finished wood floors. Baths feature tile and granite, marble and glass. Amenities include air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephones, alarm clocks, high-speed internet access, in-room safes, work desk, bathrobes, and hairdryers. The distinctly-appointed Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites, and Suites offer varying levels of upgraded furnishings, amenities, and living space. NOTE: Views from the accommodations are lackluster; the most interesting overlook the train station.

Dining & Entertainment: Box Block Restaurant serves international haute cuisine infused with Bohemian flavors against a modern geometrical backdrop adorned with nickel, crystal, and fiber optics, courtesy of designer Adam D. Tihany; Tihany also designed the ultra-modern, polished-steel-and-mirror interior of the Inn Ox Bar, the hotel’s popular rendezvous spot. The Cigar Bar stores cigars in old bank safes (the building was a bank in the 19th century), and evokes the cafes of Old Europe. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Since the fall of the Iron Curtain, Prague has enjoyed a rapidly expanding dining scene and an influx of international dishes, with Asian fusion being a new and popular trend. Nightlife too, is expanding, and there are several chic lounges and noteworthy nightclubs. Like its architecture, Prague’s beer is among the best in the world.

Recreation: It's one of the most beautiful cities in the world; you’ve come to Prague to immerse yourself in the stunning architecture, storied history, and a vibrant, new culture that has been emerging over the past 2 decades. But when you want to unwind, look no further than the hotel. The indoor pool looks like the private baths belonging to a palace, with elaborate tiling, jetted lounge sections, and massaging torrents. The spa features a sauna, Turkish bath, plunge pool, and a menu of massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty services.
