Accommodations: Housed in a pair of low-rise, pastel-yellow buildings, all guest rooms have views of the water. Cane and wicker furniture is set on the tile floors. Sliding glass doors let in plenty of sunshine and open onto terraces or balconies appointed with patio furniture. Like the bedrooms, the baths are spacious and have combination showers/tubs and double vanities. Beds are king- or queen-sized. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep rooms cool. Satellite TV,phones, wireless internet, CD players, coffee makers, and mini-fridges are among the other amenities. On arrival, guests are greeted with complimentary bottles of dark rum and cola. Small pets are welcome.

Dining & Entertainment: Enjoy the beachside restaurant or elegant mahogany dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week from 8:00am-10:00pm. Sea Bass and New Zealand Rack of Lamb are among the house specialties. Relax at the beachside bar and enjoy the extensive bar menu and specialty drinks, which are served until midnight.

Recreation: Just steps from the rooms, the beach has soft sand, calm blue waters, and is a protected, monitored nesting site for sea turtles. There are tennis courts and a gym. You can enjoy a massage on your balcony or on the beach. A few hundred feet offshore, Long Reef is a great diving spot, and a day trip to Buck Island is a must – it's one of the best snorkeling spots in the Caribbean. Other attractions on the island include horseback riding along the coast and through the rainforest, 18th-century architectural ruins and restorations, and the spot where Columbus landed on his second voyage to the New World.
