Accommodations: Air-conditioned guest quarters are distributed among a 5-story main building, a 2-story wing, and fifteen 2-story villas. All accommodations have a private balcony or patio, an ocean or garden view, a king-size bed or 2 double beds, cable TV, a safe deposit box, and a clock radio. The bungalows, suites, and villa rooms also have a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. The bungalows are upscale and have a separate bedroom. The suites are spacious and have contemporary Mexican-tropical decor. The villa rooms are on lower floors, the villa terrace rooms are on upper floors, and the villa rooms with an ocean view are located in a secluded area. NOTE: The oceanfront bungalows and 1-bedroom suites are for adults only.
Dining & Entertainment: Have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the ocean view La Terraza, which creates original Mexican and American dishes. Its evening theme buffets are a good-time favorite. The resort's signature restaurant, Tabachin, has a seasonally changing menu of tantalizing French cuisine and fine Asian fare. Order a sandwich and a drink at the Golf Snack Bar, and pick from an array of goodies, including fresh pastries, cheeses, and ice cream, at Pierre's Cafe & Delicatessen. The region's most extensive tequila selection is found at the Tequila Bar, along with many of the best Mexican wines. The Pierre Bar is an air-conditioned sports bar with an outdoor section for dancing to live music. Dial up room service for a private meal.
Recreation: Put on your bathing suit and take a leisurely swim in 3 pools. The main pool overlooks sandy Revolcadero Beach. Hone your swing on 5 tennis courts lit for night play, and work out on state-of-the-art equipment at the fitness center. The kids' club has a playground and supervised activities such as painting lessons and water polo. Take a complimentary shuttle to and from two 18-hole golf courses.
